Avastin infusion want well and the side effects seem minimal for now.  The fatigue is there and it is causing some digestive issues, no appitite, a little constipatio, and a little nausia.  I have a little pain in my lower right abdomaen and the area were I have a couple of tumors.  I had a visit with a orthopedist yesterday and she did come up with a plan. I can't remember the name.  On May 10 a radioloigist is going to inject me with a steroid with the help of imaging.  It may last for several months or as short as 4 weeks.  Sounds a lot like the shot you get for siaticaiatica.  It has to be more preside if a radiologist has to do it.  Also I have a list of a whole of blood thinners. I am not to use for a few days before.

Enough about me.

I have been trying to keep up with everyone. Often get tired before I finish though.

Cheese Queen. I am glad you got a port it will save you much during chemo.  I didn't really have a back ache after my hysterictom, but I have had a lot of problems with my back since I had the external radiation.  I did have burning and itching along the incision that ran from my belly button to the top of my pelvis.  I had metal staples and at the me of each one I ended up with an infection.  When my Gyn-Onc/surgeon saw me at 2 weeks he said those staples were supposed to be non allergenic "hhmmm ". He told me to rub that area with vitamin e oil. And that actually worked.

I really have enjoyed looking at all the new pictures.  Ladies you are looking good.

Hugs and prayer to all of you, Lou Ann

Indeed you are a warrior and

Indeed you are a warrior and a shining example for the rest of us!  Sounds like you have a plan in place - many, many prayers that it keeps the tumors at bay or shrinks them and keeps your pain under control!
