I have read a lot about this Zeolite, and I a wondering if it can really kill cancer cells?  Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thank you!

    Snake Oil

I did go and read some of their 'propaganda'  (waste of time and energy) no documented reliable research shown, just pie in the sky claims.   In other words, just more 'Snake Oil' sellers preying on the vulnerable for their own financial enhancement.

Anybody old enough to remember Laetrile?  How many were lost to that scam?  There have been so many other bogus 'treatments' designed only to make the one who came up with it rich.

Ok thank you...I wonder if there are any supplements that helps cancer patients?  I have completly changed my diet, as that seems to be the first and best place to start I've heard.

    Talk to the Nutritional

Talk to the Nutritional Navigator at your faculty for in put.  Or even the BC Nurse Navigator there or the RNs in the infusion center.  When you start chemo you should be given a class that explains so much.  I still have my book I have as given almost 6 yes ago.

I did not change my diet at all - already ate very healthy.

    You will get many differing

You will get many differing opinions as we are each unigue and all types of BC are not the same.  Read/Learn and take everything in and go with what is best for YOU!

In the yrs since IBC DX I have had a Basal Cell Carcinoma on my arm and some Squamous Cell Carcinoma on my face.  It was in some ways,  to be expected (not at all related to IBC) as I have spent most of my life 'outdoors', am VERY light skinned and have dealt with pre-cancerous skin lesions for yrs.

Depending on your ER/PR status, some things are considered 'good' by some are not for all of us.  Soy is full of estrogen and if you are ER+, not good.

Eating a good balanced diet is always good - not some of the 'Celebrity Diets' that are not really balanced at all.

Exercise is also very good for the physical body and the 'mind'.  Not becoming a marathon runner if you never were but being active to whatever level you have been.

I am sorry that you had issues that caused you to come here.  Learn all you can from all here - though we are all different in so many ways.  In the future, give back your knowledge/expertise when someone else comes in the future and is where you are today.

    Thank you Susan

Thank you very much for all your insight!  I am so new to all this and I'm wanting to hear thoughts from others going through this already.  I am indeed a very active person, so this being down right now recovering from the melanoma surgery has drove me crazy..lol..  I have stitches across my thigh so it cause me to have to slow down for sure!

Looking foward to learning all I can!
