Figured since this is the half-way point, good time for the post.

I mentioned this before, but everyone here has been great.  Reading the stories, the advice and the rest has made things so much easier.  It helps me keep the low points to a minimum and has helped me to keep on going out and doing things as much as possible.  And each time going out and doing things makes me feel stronger.  Not a cake walk, but I am doing real well and working with the issues as annoyances that can be addressed in terms of some planning.

And to anyone who is starting out on this, do not let it drag on you.  Sometimes you may have to push a bit to get past some inertia that occurs, but once you do, you can keep the good things going.

Best wishes and thoughts for everyone here and everyone else dealing with this.

    Congratulations!

Don't they call this the hump?

Half way there and look how quicikly that went. You seem to be doing pretty well, to boot. Keep it going.

Soon we will be celebrating completion. Lets get it behind and nothing but a memory.

Oh, look who just showed up  image.

    Good news!

Going by quick, isn't it? Seems like you're sailing through, before you know it you'll be done and hopefully this will be a distant memory. Congrats!

    Impressed!

that you can go out of the house to sporting events with the pump.  Congrats on handling it so well.

Half way done sounds pretty great.  I'm just getting ready to restart after a liver resection.  Looking at 8 rounds after the first 4.

BTW, did you ever schedule that vacation you were thinking of?  Hope so :)

    Best, Andrea

And now for the back nine

It's great to hear that you're in good spirits as you make the turn for the clubhouse and start your "back nine" in treatment. Good luck with the rest of it.

    Awesome!

i found that second half got easier, as the end was in sight.  Still didn't feel too good, but it did give me hope.  Glad you're seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
