Good piece from NYT on restoring appetite during chemo
http://bittman.blogs.nytimes.com/2014/11/12/pickling-and-chemotherapy/
This letter suggests using pickled vegetables and/or vinegar in food can counter loss of appetite resulting from chemotherapy. Does anyone have specific experience who can attest to the effectiveness of the technique (or not?) I'd like to try it for my mom.
