cancer of the spinal cord

I waas diagnosed with bone cancer a few months back. I was told it is in the 4th stage. Had my first chemo. Reacted badly to it and ended up in the hospital for 5 weeks. There my heart got affected as well. Lost all muscle power of the limbs as  well. Specially the lowerr ones. I am now on hormone tablets, which is not a treatment.  Physiotherapy is helping me a lot. Is there anyone who can tell me exactly what all these different names there are for cancers mean? I am 69 . I would love to get some information from anyone who knows about this form of cancerr.
