Radiologist appointment...

Hi guys,

Finally got a date to see the radiology Oncologist...Thursday at 2:00. I assume...(not smart to do Undecided)... he will schedule my MRI for the following week. Once that is done and we get those results, I should know more which way we will go with treatment....radiation or chemo. My right eye tears up constantly, but other than that my vision is good and there is no pain or pressure. Gives me the creeps knowing the cancer is going "full on" with no treatment being done.My doctor seems to feel it's ok for now, so i will trust her thought process. Anyways...I will keep you posted. Much love to all...Sue

    "Sue"per Hero?

I'm sure you're glad the ball is rolling although maybe not as soon as you would like.  No matter which treatment course occurs, you know we are behind you and with you, Sue.

I'm very thankful you are not in pain and your vision has not been impacted.  I pray that what unfolds will kick this in the butt in the most efficient and comfortable way.  Thank you for always being here for everyone.  Maybe if they do radiation, you'll turn into a new "super hero"  - wait, you already are!  We just don't have a comic book name for you.  Hmm, "Spider Woman" doesn't sound right;).  Anyone have ideas for our super hero's name?

    Regardless, super hugs,

    Jim

    Radiologist

Sue, you said you liked your new Oncologist very much but you don't say about the Radiologist. Feelings about him?

I bet that is nerve wracking, waiting for all the appointments and scans before you can begin treatment. Not to mention the "unknown" of what the treatment will be.

You have really been through it lately! Don't forget to take care of yourself. And don't forget those deep cleansing breaths.

    Will meet him Thursday...

    Hi Rocquie,

I haven't met the radiology oncologist yet...that happens Thursday. His name is Dr.Seltzer. Once I meet him and get the MRI scheduled, I will feel better. I'll keep you posted. Love...Sue

    Been thinking of you

Just got a little busy.  I know exactly how you feel with the wait.  It's like alright already, let's get the show on the road.  Glad you see the radiologist tomorrow.  We'll be thinking of you and certainly hoping for the best.  It does sound like you have a good medical team that you can trust.  Boy, I am hoping for good news.
