I disagree. The drop it is not a good sign, it is an EXCELLENT sign. Congratulations.

    Your last results; http://csn.cancer.org/node/266703

This 0.09 mark could be your nadir. Let’s wait for another PSA result in three months to ascertain your “Zero”. Typically, the influence of Eligard continues for two to four months after the end of the drug’s effectiveness period. I do not remember the date of your last shot but I think it was in August 2013.
If the above is correct, then the effect of your last 4-month Eligard shot ended by December, and now you are just 4 months away from the end of the effectiveness period. This is the right time to expect for a nadir.

I would recommend you to get a testosterone test to know for sure that your T-factory (testicles) is up running at full strength. You should feel better now with lots of energy.

Can you tell us about any improvement in the urination problem you reported in your previous thread?

    Enjoy.

    EXCELLENT SIGN

    DEAR VGAMA

I HAD THE SHOT in JANUARY 2, 2014  ---------- I WILL HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY UROLOGIST ON MAY 2 TO DISCUSS GOING OFF IT.  HE KEPT ME ON OVER 3 YEARS SINCE HE FELT THE PSA SHOULD GO LOWER.  AS YOU KNOW I STILL HAVE MY PROSTATE SO, I AM CONCERNED THAT 0.0 MAY NOT BE ATTAINABLE IN MY CASE.   THANKS FOR THE REPLY.

P.S. I AM STILL  DEALING WITH THE BLADDER STORAGE PROBLEM AND I HOPE TO GET SOME ANSWER DURING NEXT APPOINTMENT.
