Not sure what chemotherapy options will be?
Going to drs. today to discuss chemotherapy for my second reoccurence of endometrial carcinosarcoma. They removed 1.9 tumor from my liver about 4 weeks ago.I feel pretty good.Somewhat concerned about chemo, because dr. said we were in uncharted territory now.I've only had chemotherapy once for this cancer, which was carbo/taxol.I finished that treatment last July,so I feel it did help.Drs.said something about using different meds this time.I guess they don't use the same chemo twice? I feel really strong,so I'll try whatever they suggest, because I know how aggressive this cancer has been so far.

Sorry to hear about yor recurrence . I have had taxol/Carbo 3 different times and will probably have it a fourth time. As long as it has been 6 months since you had the chemo combination you can have it again. I had 18 months, then 7 months between chemos. Now I am 13 months since my last chemo.
i hope you get answers to your question. In peace and caring.

You are right, they were going to use carbo/ taxol again. They decided to try carbo/taxotere,only because I still have some neuropathy in my feet.Drs. thought maybe the taxotere wouldn't bother me as much. Thanks for the info.Sorry about your reoccurrences also.I have alot of admiration for you, for I know the turmoil that cancer and each reoccurence has caused me and my family.Stay strong,we both have to keep fighting this monster.
