Slowing cancer proliferation by diet - Dr Greger's take

If you are interested in using diet to help slow down cancer growth, Dr Greger, has several good videos in which he talks about best anticancer foods.

Here he discusses research which supports cruciferous and allium classes of foods

Spinach and garlic are big ones.
