I can breathe now!
Funny thing is that my oncologist is actually out of town and so he hasn't read the report yet. The nurse said it was driving her crazy to not call me so she broke down and did it without his ok. She said the rule around there is that they can't call patients with results unless the dr ok's it. However, if a patient called them they can give good results only.
I'm so happy she called me! I didn't want to go the whole weekend without knowing.
Thank to everyone for all of your prayers and support, I appreciate you all so much!

I would have been twisting my hankie if I thought I was going to have to wait the whole weekend.....I'm SO glad you called, and glad that nurse was up to twisting the rules a little.

Sister, very fun! Funny Rachel sent me a nice message yesterday and she referred to you and I as "the little monkeys" so I guess we are the " monkey twins!

So good to hear you finally got your good news. I too was worried you were going to have to wait all week-end to hear. I had mine on a Friday and figured I wouldn't hear until Monday but late Friday afternoon my doctors office called !!! Now you can really have a good Friday and a Happy Easter !

OUTSTANDING! I'm so glad to hear that you're part of NED's family! congratulations, time for champange!!!!!
Why is it that doctors come up with the bad news almost immediately but they think nothing of delaying good news? It may be that no news is presumed to be good news in their world, but for those of us fighting, we need to know as soon as possible.
