Has anyone heard how Loretta is doing. I am not on Facebook, so I may have missed the information. They were such a huge help when I first became diagnosed. It is too much that they have to endure more. My heart and prayers go out to both of them. |

Loretta Marshall:
I talked with Loretta yesterday. She is so thankful for the kind words, thoughts and prayers.
Her CT scan, which was done the 7th, showed some shrinkage of the tumors.
As we all know, shrinkage is always good news.
She finished her 4th treatment yesterday so she has 2 more to go and then another scan.
She has God's peace but of course she has her moments, cancer can sure play around with the mind, but when she gets down she turns her thoughts on the day she is living in, one day at a time.
She is maintaining her weight, although she has no appetite she knows she must and the good news is she can eat and keep it down.
Loretta is a realist, she knows what cancer type she has and what the stage 4 means for her but she knows her time and our time is in God's great Hands.

Walking thus we cannot stray
Hand in Hand with Jesus.
