Hi guys !

What exactly does B12 help in the body ?  I have friends that have to have these monthly but have never been given a reason why ?  Thanks.   Katie

B-12 helps the nerves and brain function. If you are low in it can cause fatigue, depression  , and poor memory. I took shots daily for a couple months than pills daily for numbness in my legs and feet from a virus that attacked and lives in my spine. My blood work had me in the normal range but on the lower end. It did give me a little more energy when I took it.
