Recurrent insufficiency fractures post radiation

Diagnosed with insufficiency fractures of the sacrum after radiation and chemo for endometrial cancer. On multiple pain meds and using walker. Pain slowly improved over a 2 month period of time. Then fractures worsened and pain is now severe. Has anyone experienced the fractures not healing or taking a long period of time to do so? Thank you.
