    all you ladies have the best Thanksgiving day possible. I am grateful for all of you.

    At the Weight Watcher's meeting the leader left us with these two thoughts:

    "Gobble, gobble, gobble makes you wobble, wobble, wobble."

    "He who stuffeth, puffeth."

    I hope I can control myself. I have a plan, I just have to stick to it.
