Last week I saw my gyne/oncologist. She felt something in my left lower pelvis and said lets do a CT. She thought it could be stool, but wasn't going to wait to find out. So CT done last Friday and I got my results Monday. I am officially in remission!!!. Ca125 last was a 7. and now only one more chemo to go. So thank you all of my teal sisters and ACS friends!! Last April when I started chemo and needed 18 weekly treatments, I was overwhelmed. It has been a tough six months, but I found out I was strong and I had so many people around me to keep me strong. I made it!!!! Thanks to all of you. I've waited 6 months to write a survivor story, I finally made it. Kim

    Congratulations Kim... I am
    Congratulations Kim... I am so happy for you. I will forever remember July 30th.... That was the day I was told I was NED. That day is better than my birthday.... I didn't know what to do. So we had a party. lol. I didn't know what to do. It took me about a month to fall into normal life. I am feeling great and enjoy life just a little more every day than I did before my diagnosis. I have accepted the fact that my cancer will probably come back but I refuse to count the minutes till it does.... Live, Love, Laugh every day.....
