Thanks for asking about me. I still am having a difficult time with the pain. Mostly it's managed by the meds, and I now have an additional med for break through pain. it's just so exausting.
I've been feeling so down lately. I am ready for this pain to let up and let me start to get my life back on track.
I had my labs drawn yesterday, but still am waiting to hear the results. I am praying that my marrow has kicked into gear and is making me some new blood cells. I am hoping to avoid getting the transfusions.
I hope you are feeling well and enjoying the holiday weekend.
When I was on the Avastin the pain was so bad I was put on Morphine MR I take 60mg, 60mg, and 30mg it is 60mg at 10am, 60mg at 7pm, and 30mg at 3am (that is when I go to bed)then Morphine IR 15mg for break though pain. So I understand how you feel it gets old and it gets old fast. I will be praying for you and the pain you are having.
Wow, you did have a pain med routine just like me. It's reassuring to know that you and maybe others can relate.
It's hard to wait, I am just so tired of all this. I feel like the whole summer has passed me by. Now it's fall and life usually gets real busy. I hope that I am able to gain some energy back and enjoy all or some of the fall activities.
My oldest granddaughter is a junior varsity cheerleader this year, she is a freshman in H.S., her first football game and first time being a cheerleader is coming up on the 14th. I am determined to be there and see her cheer!
How are you doing? I know you are having a hard time right now too.
