Hi Ladies..Well I had my doc appt. today..I will be on avastin every other week and cytoxin 50 mg. daily. My ca125 is now up to 1000, and my platelets dropped back down to 62. I have not been able to take any chemo because my platelets have been too low. We needed to try something that wouldn't effect my platelets so badly. This will definitely be a new experience for me. I am supposed to take this pill first thing in the a.m. and drink plenty of fluids during the day. I know it can cause bladder probs. and possibly splotchy skin problems. There are side effects for all the strong meds w have to take. Has anyone else done this combo ? Hugs and prayers to all...Jackie

Hi Jackie

I don't have any experience with the combo you'll be on but I hope you experience few side effects and that your CA 125 comes down.
