Today I celebrate 4 years of being cancer free!! My original diagnosis came in 2006, but had a recurrence in 2008.
My day has been filled with JOY~♥~
And you know how i celebrated?......for those of you on here that know my weakness....

I BOUGHT A HANDBAG!!!

A new purse always fits, never makes me feel fat~and puts a smile on my face~

A lovely navy blue patent leather coach handbag ♥♥ I love having something to celebrate!
(60% off too, made it even more satisfying!)

    Four Years!
    Is something to celebrate. It is great to indulge in something that makes you feel good. The bargain in price is the bonus.

    May you go on to buy new handbags for many, many years to come.

    Nothing better than coming home on a Friday night, after a busy week at work, and coming to this board and the first two messages I read are good news. Thank you for making my evening pleasant.

    And buying that bag was a GREAT idea! I too pray you continue to buy more, and more, and more bags for many, many healthy years to come. :) Enjoy.

    So happy for you Melanie! 4 years is awesome. A Coach handbag always makes my day. My daughter bought me my 1st one and I love it. It's a summer bag with a jeweled starfish and sand dunes. I can't wait to use it again. Maybe I should have a winter one too! LOL.

    And you know, for your Christmas ornament last year, my artist friend Valerie and I actually talked about trying to make you an ornament in the shape of a handbag....

    This is great news--we love it! Nice score on the handbag. You're right--it's the reason my closet is full of shoes--always make me feel good (high wedges make me feel like the tall girl I'm not!) and never, never make me feel fat!

    Continue to celebrate all weekend in all the fun ways you like. You deserve it. Congratulations!

    Chocolate details~
    Okay Traci, your really gonna love this....I got the purse at Macy's, then went upstairs to say hello to my longtime (35 yrs) friend from school....and they had all their Frango's valentine chocolates 90% (YES 90%) off!!

    So I bought 4 boxes....(a box for each year).

    2 were milk chocolate hearts with caramel centers~
    2 were dark chocolate hearts (big ones, 4 to a box) with Raspberry cream centers.

    They were originally 17.00 a box!!
    with the sale and an extra 20% off coupon I got them for 1.44 a box~

    They are hidden where I hide all my good chocolate~

    In my pantie drawer!
