Vitamins and soy

I know that many ladies and men on the boards try to reduce soy in their diets. While comparing my Walmart brand daily vitamin with the Centrum daily vitamin for women over 50 (I am not 50 but in menopause after ovary removal) I noticed that at the bottom of the Walmart brand daily vitamin, it says in bold print that it contains soy. Just thought I would let you all know to check your vitamin/mineral supplements.

    Thank you for pointing this
Thank you for pointing this out. I actually look for "soy" on everything before I buy. My nutritionist put me on vit. D daily, which apparently we all need, and realized those come with soy. So I decided to buy the more expensive brand, which has no soy at all. Life just seems so much more expensive after dx.

    No Soy
In my Vit D. Yes we definately need Vit D. Especially in winter. I don't take a multi vit/min - I have a very balanced diet and only take what I need (calcium, D, potassium and B complex). For some strange reason, my med printout always says I take a daily multi vit/min and every time I see my PA she take it off but somehow it keeps getting back on - this has been goling on for years.
