second laser treatment

I am now going into my second laser treatment. My last one was in May 2010. I was then dx with vulvar stage 1B. Did partical vulvectomy about 15 lymph nodes removed and laser. Now I have VIN 111. This is driving my crazy. I wished there was something else out there. The creams did no good. I tried those but at first but my body laughed at those and I still ended up with cancer. I just upset because it seems to be no options for a person to choose from.
