Primary CNS Lymphoma in 16 year old female

Options
My friend was just diagnosed about a month ago. She started chemo about two weeks ago. I was just wondering if anyone had any information about how things (like prognosis) may be different considering she is a 16 year old female. Thanks everyone

    Hi KatriRee,
Sorry to hear about your friend,
You will find lots of caring people here that can help you and your friend but will need more information. Do you know what type and stage of Lymphoma your friend has?

Wishing you and your friend the best.

    Sincerely,
    Liz

Good link for info on CNS...
    Hi KatriRee,
I'm sorry your friend is going through this. I do believe her age will be a huge help. Here is a very good link on CNS with a lot of useful information which is up to date..Sept 2011. Getting current information can be tough, but this link covers about everything there is to know about your friends type of cancer. I hope it helps. Best wishes...Sue (FNHL-2-3A-6/10)
