Chat room-Need info

Hello everyone. How do I get to go on the chat room please? It kicks me out right away. I am kind of new. I wrote to Contact CSN a few times and nobody is replying to me. |

Some people do have trouble getting into or staying in the chat rooms. This may be due to your server. Be patient, CSN will get back to you, it may take a few days. In the mean time, if you have questions, go to the discussion boards and look at the recent topics, there may be answers there. Also the specific cancer boards are helpful, too. I hope you can get this resolved. Looking forward to meeting you at the chat.

Hi Sue,
You might want to check you java version or settings.
Chat runs off of Java.
