Hello all,
Had lumpectomy in December, finished chemo this summer, finished rads this month. My latest mammogram (last week) showed calcium deposits in my same location as original lump. It's probably and most likely nothing. But, to be sure - I'm having a biopsy this Tuesday.
Steriotatic Biopsy

Has anyone had this after completion of treatments?

    Thank you both.

I guess I didn't even ask what I really wanted to know. I was wondering if anyone has possibly been re-diagnosed because of some calcifications seen?

I'll be there for you with a cheer that all goes well. I had one last May. It takes awhile and I had to lay on my side for what seemed like forever afterwards to prevent swelling and bruising. Here's hoping the news is good.

    I had benign calcifications
I had benign calcifications years before diagnosis. Actually, they were even in my non-cancer breast. No breasts after diagnosis so that will never be an issue! Calcs are very common and more often then not, they are benign.

    Good Luck!
