Cea level jumping around

in Colorectal Cancer #1
I am new on here. I was diagnosed in 2009, with stage 4 colorectal. Mets to the liver. Cea was 334 at time of diagnoses. After chemo, radiation, and resect got down to 3.4 . Ever since then it has been bouncing around from 11 to 30. I am on avastin every 3 weeks, and xelods 14 days on 7 off. Just wondering does anyone else's cea level jump around a lot?

    Welcome... It's not really uncommon for the CEA to jump around. That's great that it went from 334 down to around 10-30. Better than it going the other way!
