I'll start.


I am looking forward to seeing my family in October after 17 years of being away. Cancer
prevented me from going 2 years ago but I am going now. And best of all, they have no
idea I am coming and sure don't know that I am bringing someone along.. I can not wait!

    Vacation and a new grandbaby
    Vacation is next week, 5 days away from home to do a "mini-reunion" with some of my hubby's airforce buds. Lots of laughs, talking and libations.

    Then in Mid-January there will be another JC for me to be grams to.

    That's something to look forward to,

    My Kidhood Girlfriend is coming to visit from OR. We've been friends for well over 50 years. She's my Bestie. We ALWAYS have a Great time. I'm Looking forward to her visit. She arrives in the Bay area today. Yay!!!

    Oh, Ayse, so, so happy for you!
    Hope your trip to see your family is wonderful--and bringing that certain someone--wow!

    Right now, I'm looking forward to getting through the Phoenix summer :) and visiting my brother-in-law and sister-in-law in their new beach house in the Outer Banks with my Kev at the end of September.

    I am looking forward to going on vacation to Yosemite with my husband and daughter come August! It's a beautiful area and I will be breathing lots of clean air and doing plenty of walking.

    So happy to hear you will be visiting your family! They are going to be thrilled to see you and your friend. Now... I have to ask, is the friend in question the one who held your handbag and said he was your fiance in the ER? Hope you don't mind that I am asking. Either way, I am happy for you.

    fall and cooler weather. And that trip to Hershey!

    We just got back from the vacation that my oncologist wouldn't let me go on last year so I'm also looking forward to getting caught up with laundry etc.

    They are in Germany and they are in for a HUGE suprise... LOL.

    How exciting, aren't babies magical?? They embody all that's pure..
    Innocence, vulnerability and capacity to love and trust without boundaries.

    I quit my job yesterday and after nearly 26 years of non-stop work, I am looking forward to some much needed time off! :)

    Vacation in Italy
    with my daughter. She wrote in my birthday card that we're going. Not sure of all the details yet but it's exciting!

    When in October? Does this mean you'll miss the Hershey gathering? Oooh, noooo....

    I mean, I want you to see your family, and I want you to surprise them with you know who, but, really, it's all about Me! and what I want, and I want to meet you (so do the other East Coast girls!!!)

    Which brings me to what I'm looking forward too - the last weekend in October in Hershey with at least 25 of my best friends!

    Going to Lollapalooza (HUGE
    Going to Lollapalooza (HUGE concert) in Grant Park, in Chicago, in 2 weekends, with my daughter, and my bf and her son. We're taking the train there, spending the day in the park/concert, and got a hotel room so we don't have to rush back home!

    I am so looking forward to going camping in a little county campground out in the middle of nowhere, in the middle of nowhere in Northern Wisconsin with a little lake full of fish, the clearest skies for star gazing, peacefulness, listening to the rowdy campers party it up (I am not a loud partier, but sometimes take enjoyment out of other's loud fun), lazy afternoons in the boat, sleeping in the tent with the window open on the door to watch the fire fizzle out, no phone, no internet, no tv, giant mosquitos, woodticks lol,and this year, taking my dog, cinnamon with us for the first time in years and taking her in the lake with me to wade around and see if she can swim to me (I have a dog that cant swim so she wears a life jacket).
