MO appointment 6/29/11

in Breast Cancer #1
Even though I know my Feb. PET scan was clean and I've been through radiation since then there's always this little niggling thought in the back of your mind. Please send prayers for peace and that all will be well. Thanks!

    MO says COMPLETE REMISSION!!!
    Yeah! And THANKS for the prayers!

    He's added Fosomax to my meds to help protect my bones. He says not only does it help counter the osteoporosis issues possible with Femara but also strengthens bones and makes them inhospitable for breast cancer - a win-win situation. He's been right so far so I'm sticking with his plans.

    Thanks again for the prayers! Hope to see some of you in Hershey in October.

    What great news, Skipper!
    It's almost impossible not to worry about appointments and tests and scans now. I try to stay as positive as possible, but I have to say, I had a 6-month MRI,mammo and u/s today and I was a wreck. Hoping to hear the same good news you did.
