Denise,
I would be glad to help you if I knew how.,but I am very computer illiterate. I am sure someone can guide you in the right direction. I do know if you get too much stuff on your computer it will slow it down a lot. John
If your having computer problems you can do a sysytem restore. Right click in the start menu and in the search engine type in "system restore" this should bring it up. When you go into system restore it will ask you to type in a date. Type in a date that goes back before the problems started. Example: if the problem started June 18 2011, you will need to type in June 16 2011 or go back even furthure, like may 01 2011. Remember doing this will lose any information stored on your computer between that date and now. It makes the computer go back to the way it was on the date you type in.
Hope this helps.
You will lose info that was put on your computer after the set back date. IE... if you set your computer back to May 1, 2011. You will lose anything you put on your computer from May 2, 2011 thru today. But if there is something you dont want to lose, put it on a CD or flash drive first. Anything you put on your computer before May 1, 2011 will still remain on your computer.
