SoCal gathering in Long Beach, June 18th -- I love to be first!
aisling8, New Flower, Bella Luna, my girlfriend Trace and I had a lovely lunch by the harbor in Long Beach today. Photo posted on my expressions page.
While we appreciated the chance to talk about all of you behind your backs...:-o...those of you Southern California girls who weren't able to make it (because this week seems to have been Injury Week here in SoCal) were definitely missed, and most definitely in our hearts.

while I was typing on the other post you of course came first. I have to repeat myself and my post. Five of us have met today surrounded by calm ocean at the beautiful Long Beach. We had a good time and laughed a lot, and of course missed everyone who could not make it. Thank you for being with us in spirit. Hopefully next time we will see more girls getting together.

It was a great day, breezy, blue, and beautiful, but we sure missed the rest of you.

SoCal Brunch Munch
It was a wonderful time at the Yardhouse with the gals! We sure missed the others who were not able to make it, but there will be other gatherings to look forward to, for sure! We did plenty of laughing and catching up! Aisling8, Traci, and Trace have a great sense of humor.
New Flower and I rode together and took the scenic route. Luckily, we found our way again and made it to the restaurant in plenty of time-Phew!

My reason is cuz I'm the oldest so, naturally, I always go first! I am so happy for you So Cal girls, even tho a few were mia for various reasons - just have to plan another one!
While you were lunching on the West Coast, Missrenee, JK1952 and I were lunching on the East Coast. I think our lunches actually coincided. We met at a great Greek restaurant.
I'm going to post that one first! It will take a little while to figure out how to get the pice from the camera to the expressions page though.

Some day we should get our acts together and rev up the buses and meet for lunch in Fresno. Wouldn't that be fun? It's about the same travel distance for those of us in NoCal, SoCal, and the Bay area. Just a thought.

I felt the love and support just by viewing your photo! How beautiful you all look.. my heart aches that I missed our luncheon .. however, I know that there will be a next time .. San Fernando Valley or bust!
