Joe,

I think of you often, I continue to pray that our Lord allows healing, permits strength and peace back into your life, and that you to smile ever now, and again.

I realize your last trip with Sister Pauline and Moopy's ashes left a void, and hole in your very large heart and existence.

    Like VickiSam I have thought of you often during these last two weeks. I hope your road trip with Moopy's ashes was what you hoped it would be. I will have a bacon sandwich in your honor today. Your support of the Pink Sisters has been much appreciated.

    I've been thinking about you, too
    and wondering how you're doing. Probably up and down and lots of blah, I bet. It's just not an easy task, the whole keeping on keeping on thing.

    The pups and I have been doing the best we can. I just got back from a trip up to Minnesota to visit Moopy's grave and be with family. Parts of it were very emotional, but parts were a lot of fun too and I think it went well. Monday was Moopy's and my 19th wedding anniversary, which was tough in a completely different sort of way, but the pups and I got through that too. I'm somewhat emotionally exhausted right now, but otherwise determined to keep moving ahead in the knowledge that it's what Moopy wants me to do.

    Thank you all so very much for your love and your prayers and your kind thoughts. I pray for you all every day, not only that you may all be cured and healed but also in gratitude that our paths have come together - even if it was through the club nobody wants to join.

    so glad you stay in touch. I'm sure it was hard to remember your loss while wrapping your thoughts around 19 years of marriage. From firsthand knowledge, the only thing I can say is time does heal and memories last a lifetime.
