Finally, it has happened to Mom.....the gyn/oncologist spoke with her GP today and she said there was no more they could do.....the docs spoke with my sister, who spoke to me. They are calling Mom tonight....not sure what the wait is...she is in great pain....I am frustrated it has taken this long, but.....finally.....hopefully she will get the care she needs....I am surprised I am not sadder...I am more relieved than anything...this craziness has had to stop....we cannot do all the care.... I am here right now, hoping that I will be here when the doctor calls....

    I am sorry you had to hear this news. It is just so daare sad to here bad news from my board friends. I have a lot of praying to do tonight.

    what a relief
    What a relief for all, Lisa, especially your mother. Now you can get back to being a family for a while. It will still feel crazy, but you will be on a steady course. I'm glad you are there! So much important stuff still lies ahead.

    I laughed at your other post about blocking your calls. I'm such a techno dummy that I couldn't block a call if I wanted to. In reality, my daughter and I were coloring each other's hair. This morning my gray is gone!
