Great news. My first PET scan after treatment is clear! I am so happy. Doc said its all gone... nothing left and they don't even want to do another follow up PET scan. He said just a little inflammation at the bladder from the radiation. That's it. I will talk to my oncologist... looks like every doctor is different as to what they do or not for follow up CT/PET. I do have another scope scheduled for June.
I am so happy. For me this truly was and still is a wake up call. What 3 months... that changed my life. I quit my job, took time with my 2 year old son and went to see family in Europe with my husband. Now, only part time work and a meaningful life. I am thankful for these wonderful results and for all of you having helped me through this. I can't thank you all enough.
