Could it be true?

Hello ladies,
Mom began her third line treatment of Doxil April 21st. She goes for her second treatment May 19th.
Yesterday, we noticed Mom's stomach has really shrunk the last few days. I know I am grasping at straws but is there any chance the chemo is starting to work?

    When the cancer goes away, the ascites goes away...this is a VERY GOOD SIGN!

    Yes as chemo attacks the cancer the ascites goes away. This is very promising news. :)

    Sounds promising to me!!!! My mums ascites stopped between her first and second treatment so this sounds promising me xxxP.s she is on doxil
