My juicing and others!

since liver resection and further chemo mi liver enzymes were in the roof! 800 af. 400 got 300 gpt! last 15 days start to have a fresh juice 500 ml..daily of , celery , mango, papaya, strawberry ,carrots ,apple and pineapple , all together done in a liquidizer with all the love from my wife!.
In this 15 days. my enzymes dropped in more than a 70 %. May be is the juice ? also had 250 ml. of KEFIR daily . ( natural kind of yogurt made at home).Just for your info!.

    Hi Pepe,

    Interesting that your liver enzymes came down so much- glad to hear they did! Don't know if it was the juice, but I wouldn't doubt it.
    I also have kefir- I don't know the health benefits of it other than the probiotics in it (I already take a high dose probiotic daily), but I buy it because I like the taste and I can get some probiotics in my kids because they won't take the probiotics capsule but they will drink the kefir.

    Don't doubt about kefir benefit on you intestinal flora!
    I was on diarrhea and going to loo 5 times a day since my resection nearly 2 years a go , I started with kefir and just 2 days later problem sorted out!
    actuality I got to be carefully to don't be in constipation!.

    I'm a JUICER TOO
    Well, okay, maybe not a dedicated juicer, and well, maybe my stuff comes in a package from Costco with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, yogurt all frozen and then I add bananas and pineapple and milk, and I forget to make it more then once or twice a week, but HEY IT'S A START. LOL.
    Love you juicers, I'm just not dedicated enough I guess.

    Dear pepe,

    I'm glad to know that your liver enzymes has gone down!!!!

    My mum also has diarrhea and I'm just wondering if I could make KEFIR for her at home, do you mind sending me the recipe?

    Hi, there are lots of people who have kefir and give it for free
    Kefir Is a fungus that grows every day so nearly Eevry week you have to cut it and throw a big piece away!Some people gives them to friends or throughout the Internet!Just I suggest to a look to the Internet near your area! I'm sure you find lots of offers!.You can buy done in some supermarkets or naturalists shops, but not the same!.
    Good luck and let me know!
    To do it is very simple just plain milk on a glass can with the fungus, and wait some hours ,lots of information in the Internet!
