I'm so excited. I just finished Chemo #6 today. I was supposed to have it last week but my counts were very low. This week, they were high enough to do Chemo.

When I go back on Monday for my Neulasta shot, they will take more blood to see if I need another transfusion. I'm sure I will need one within the next week or so, as this will be my 4th platelet/blood transfusuion. But that's okay. It's all for the good of the cause.

I have two more rounds of weekly Herceptin and then I go into the every 3 weeks Herceptin schedule. Also have to naturally get cat scans and other tests to see if the Taxotere/Carboplatin/Herceptin have done their job. I pray they have.

I haven't been on this website very long; sometime the middle of March 2011. But reading your mostly positive posts has been such an inspiration and a help to me. I don't read any of the sad threads...my mind can certainly create my own fears so I'm sorry to say, I don't have the courage to read about them. But I certainly think about them and pray that each one of us is touched in a positive and loving manner by the Cancer Survivors' Network.

Stay strong ♥♥♥
