So here's my question...
Does Chen just carry bottles of wine with her wherever she goes? No matter which state she's in, there they are in the photos. I know she SAYS they're for gifts, but I swear mine had a little nip drunk from it....do we need to stage an intervention?

Here's the amusing part... to transport the wine, Reggie used his hard sided golf case~ I double wrapped those wine bottles in bubble-wrap, we lined the golf case with towels and other articles of soft clothing~ the wine made it just fine! YAY My suitcase, on the other hand, (though everything was intact) had a notification inside that it had been selected to be searched through by TSA...go figure! They so needed to see my undies! :-)
BTW...I hope you noticed that I was NOT holding a bottle of wine in any of the photos!

Edna and Marian were out of batteries, Chen..... she was jet-legged
or maybe as Traci suggested, she sipped on our wine- too much wine.
And me - too many margaritas at the salsa tasting, so there you have it.
If it wasn't for Rene there would be no evidence of this get together.

Renee what an interesting word you used to describe the evening - "balmy"
balmy=soothing, yes I would agree it was very soothing to meet the
wonderful women of this board, who understand us so well, in person.

ANd thanks for the jewelry (our 2 artists at the table) and of course
THE WINE, how very thoughtful of you ladies!
