My naturopath just upgraded me to ultrabiotic45 , vegetarian based, milk free probiotic.
claimed to be 45 times more effective than standard probiotics.
well I took one capsule last night and one lunch today and my diarrhea has not occurred.

ultrabiotic45 was supposed to help with this.

the goal is to rebuild your gut as fast as possible. I think this will also help with

Its almost $100 US for 60 pills, but I believe its worth it, if it gives me an edge. I won't be on chemo that much longer.

wanted to share that I believe this product is effective but expensive.
for my purposes I feel its worth it, whats the point of having healthy food,
supplements and juices and chinese teas if the contents are not being absorbed.

so I view this ultrabiotic 45 as a way of giving my body the edge.

details here.

yes it blows up your bag really fast, try it and see.

cheers,

Pete

    liquid probiotic
I switched to a liquid probiotic. I was processing food so fast that the pills were not necessarily getting dissolved. The liquid probiotics are less expensive and have proven more effective for me.

Two good ones are Nature's Life Acidophilus and Life Time Liquid Acidophilus. Both are Milk Free products and about $12-$13 for 475ml (16oz), which is about 3 weeks of probiotic @ 3 Table spoons x 3 times a day. Relatively inexpensive, and they taste good. I prefer Apple Honey or one of the Berry flavors.

    Best Always, mike

    thanks mike
    hi mike,

    really appreciate the info.

at 2 caps a day, my $100 only covers me for a month. but its seems so effective and expensive. but its cheaper than the cappacunos I used to have and miss. but thats was a different life.

i took my morning probiotic pill 20 minutes ago and my bag is singing to me as I type.

now I will take slippery elm to coat my digestive track and wait 30 minutes before eating and then after breakfast I will take my supplements and juice.

it seems we got the the top and bottom of the probiotic market covered.
its just the expensive stuff claims to be 45 times effectivess of liquid probiotics. its probably marketing exaggeration, but I just want my system working as well as possible.

my solution I guess is the best option for me as fixing diarrhea naturally ( well as natural as possible and better than heavy western meds ).

so many here have diarrhea issues. its just I suspect the better the probiotic, the better the digestive support.

    hugs,
    pete
