looking for survivers that were diacnosed with liver methastasis from a stomach cancer

Unfortunately I can't find any significant informations regarding the influence of Coq10 against Stomach Cancer. My father was diacnosed with stomach cancer with metastasis in his liver. That it happens 2 months ago. He is doing now chemo-therapy. I am deperate to find some therapies to help him but unfortunately I can't find many options. If somebody can help me with some certified solutions I will be very happy !
