Did anyone do a TAH w/ BSO to eliminate Estrogen?

Hi-
I'm new here. I had a bilateral Mastectomy last year, and my Tamoxifen is not 100 percent effective, plus with fibroids on my uteris and the need to eliminate my estrogen, considering a full hysterectomy with oopherectomy, but afraid of aftermath with no HRT, anyone try this yet? Need info!
