I went in to have my PET scan on Tuesday...had the radiation IV rested for the hour then they came in and told me the machine was not working correctly and I would have to come back next week....so next Tuesday I go back again which is fine becuse I meet with my Onc on Thursday to get the results.
I think that waiting is so nerve racking, I try not to think aboutit too much and try not to stress but it is really difficult.
I will keep you posted on my results

Waiting stinksAnneCan said:Waiting is tough
It is hard enough waiting once, never mind twice. I hope you can enjoy the week.
I know the feeling I'm waiting for my CT scan after finishing up chemo. My scan is not till Feb 1st and then I'll get the results on the 4th. God willing it will show nothing and I'll be NED. Otherwise I'll need a petscan to see more details as to what's going on.0
