scans in 2 days...need I say more...

...about my emotional state right now?! F.'s having a CT scan of chest/abdomen/pelvis to see how the chemo is working, and a f/u brain MRI. I know there is nothing we can do to control the outcome so I'm trying not to think about it. Of course, it's on a Friday, so we'll have to wait the weekend out. Arrg. I don't know why, but the last few days I've been feeling so pessimistic. He looks so tired and thin, which of course could just be from the chemo. He also is having some upper back aches which makes me nervous, although that could be from the neupogen shots he had. I suspect he has more aches and pains then he admits.

On the bright side, my brother and sister in law just had twin boys. Very preemie, but doing okay. New life...a good thing to contemplate.
