Hi All,
I have missed you all and think only good and positive thoughts for all of you.
I will be getting all the remaining tests done this week, Thurs and fri. MRI, BMB, US.
My labs from last week are not so good.
Still trying to work out a REAL plan, but it seems like MD Anderson is where I will be heading.
I am stressed and fatigued to the max.
I have been at my MIL everyday and also a few days with my mom.
My MIL is now only taking sips of liquid and not getting out of bed. Her time is near.
I'll update you as I know more and get the results of the upcoming tests.
Peaceful healing
Lisha

    Good thoughts!
    Hi Lisha,
I'll be thinking good positive thoughts for you with your tests tomorrow and Friday. Busy days ahead for you, but hopefully this will get you on the path to treatment. Keep us posted and try to rest when you can. I'm sorry Delores is nearing her final days...makes me sad to hear.
    God bless you...Love,Sue...(FNHL-2-3A-6/10)

Good luck tomorrow and Friday! Waiting is very difficult, but try not to jump to conclusions until you get the full results back. Please let us know as soon as you can.

I'm so sad for everything that you are going through. And I know that it's not the kind of thing that you can just put off. But do try to take some time for yourself - you are the only one who can.

I have my "final" testing at M.D. Anderson on Dec. 17 with the results meeting on the 21st. So I'm in waiting mode as well.

I wish us both very good news by Christmas!

Hope your rests help you with better treatment plan next week
Lisha, I hope your MIL continues to be as comfortable as much possible. My step mom is not doing well either - more often staying in bed rather than being out of it. Yesterday, my dad told me he had to run to check on her because she fell. But she is ok. So she is fragile but still gets chemo weekly. She is very depressed and rants out of the blue sometimes even during the nights. Poor dad - but there is an aide that comes to help her. Anyway, I identify with you feeling exhausted with emotion and caring and worrying for our mothers. There were times I just gotta shut my worrying to give myself a break and that helped some.

I took the scans yesterday - I have to wait until Tuesday to get the results then have the chemo that day which I dread but hope for good news and likewise for you.

    Hugs,
    Liz
