Semi friends...we have had so much sorrow and loss in the past year, it breaks my heart.
I hope that my sharing a new life in our family will make your day sunny...it certainly has me going!

Take a look at this new life (my avatar for a few days). Born Nov.16th after 45 hrs. of hard labor. My new Grandson who is nameless for the moment but has been known as "itty" for the past 9 months.

    Thanks to you all for taking time to celebrate with me.I haven't given cancer a second thought today...my mind is on that baby and just when and how I will get out to Seattle to hold him in my arms close to my heart.

    I think he was battling to stay right where he was in his comfort zone. He was already 11 days overdue, then after 40 + hours of labor for his poor Mom he decided to do a flip-flop and got himself all turned around. Finally had to be C-sectioned. Came out and instantly knew what to do with the breast.I think itty is going to be very entertaining to us Grandparents:)

    oh my!
    11 days overdue, he certainly must have been comfy! I hope mom is doing well! Glad to hear she will be breast feeding, we can't give our babies anything better!

    Grand babies are just the best. Just got back from visiting mine, as he just turned one. I tell ya I didnt think I could love another person as much as I loved my daughter until little John came along and I just dont know how to explain it, its the best feeling in the world..

    I am so happy for you, and to not think of cancer for a whole day is a GREAT feeling too...remember what it feels like and try to keep doing it..
