The Old Lady is Starting College
I get to take the "big kids" college courses and no remedial. Not bad for someone that got out of school 35 years ago, with only a GED so she could join the Air Force!!!
It'll be 3 months before school starts (I think) time for some recovery after surgery.
I'm taking political science.
I'm just so excited. Both my children will be juniors next year, and their Mom, a Freshman!!!

Looking out the window, waiting on the yellow school bus to arrive for my first day. And then Mom informs me, school doesn't start until February, turning the calendar over December and then January, at which point I yell, WHERE IS THE REST OF THE COLON CALENDAR MODELS PICTURES???????

There was a deadline right...it was Oct. 31st because I didn't get to go trick or treatin cause I made a commitment to get a picture in by the DEADLINE!!...just sayin...0 -
