Original biopsy was negative. Currently rising PSA (5.3) resulted in new biopsy that was positive. 13 samples (two in prostrate: Gleason 6&7) (one in nodule Gleason 8, perineural invasion, tumor is on plane of adipose tissue--suggestive of extra prostatic extension). Have met with radiologist and a surgeon. CT Scan and Bone scan were negative. I'm going for an MRI this week. I'm leaning toward DaVinci Surgery for the following reasons:
I'm looking for opinions. Please don't hesitate to give me the pros and cons of my thinking process.
