I'm devastated by my mother's condition. She had a heart attack back in March, and while in the hospital the hemotologist was curious about her skin condition, ran test to find out that she had late stage CTCL/MF. Her skin was really in bad shape, her feet, and hands hurt and her fingertips almost useless. She has since had chemo therapy, and she was doing better, her legs started to clear some, but they (her doctor) stopped the chemo, worried about her heart. Now she's not eating, and I can't be there to take care of her. I have no one to really talk to. I live in another state (hours away). I set up an appointment with another doctor, to see if they can help her. Her current doctor didn't explain things clearly enough (to her or me). He never gave her anything for her appetite. I think he's given up. I haven't. She needs to eat. She's so weak now. I know that she will end up in the hospital again. I'll see what the new doctor says this Wednesday. I haven't seen her in a few months now, but my aunt says she's not doing well.
