I have osteosarcoma (stage IIB) in my right femur. I have undergone 4 rounds of chemo and will have 2 more prior to surgery. Based on discussions with my dr., I think I am leaning toward metal replacement vs. cadaver bone, but would like to hear from anyone who has been thru it.

I'm a ewing's sarcoma
I'm a ewing's sarcoma survivor who after a couple of months post treatment was diagnosed with avn and now my cancer has come back. So I will need a hip replacement because of the avn and I'm choosing metal for it's durability and lower risk of infection.0
