Congratulations!
I had my TE's exchanged for silicone implants on July 23. I know your pain. When I woke up in recovery I couldn't stopping feeling the upper quadrants of my new foobs ... they were so soft and squishy ... such a drastic change from those horrible rocks. I just kept saying "They're so soft." We sound nuts to others, but if you've had them, you know. I likened them to my breastplate or suit of armor.
Congratulations! There is indeed light at the end of the tunnel. You'll feel soooo much better once they're out.
Blessings,

Oh happy day indeed!!! I
Oh happy day indeed!!! I just got my soft gummi bear implants in and they are much funnier than the rock hard expanders.
Im glad your PS showed hubby what they look like it gives them a different understanding of things...well the ones with brains anyway.0 -
You are almost done! yeay!
You are almost done! yeay! I just got started on this whole expander thing. Had my mastectomy in July and have only had two fills so far. Because I am a baker and the busy season is Nov. and Dec. hollidays, I am opting to wait for exchange until some time in January. When I try to explain to someone how hard these expanders are they think I am so lucky cause I don't need a bra. They don't understand that a bra is much more comfortable than these rocks. Like you said the first 48 hours after a fill are the hardest. Especially hard to sleep with these things. I feel your pain, sister;0 -
