Infected incision ports//any advise?

2 of my incision ports are infected. One got infected 10 days ago and with washing with hydrogen peroxide and antibiotic ointment is getting better but is still sore and not healed. The one for drainage got infected today and has pus spots around and painful.
Any advise? The medical system is geared around this becoming an acute problem and a money making opportunity. Till them I am not getting help from the system..frustrating!
