    Hi Dennis

Thanks for the up-date, hang in there I hope it starts getting better for you. I am having a lot of pain in the back of the neck not sure why it all just started a few weeks ago while on Vacation, does not seam like anything I take helps.

    Pillows
    Hello Hondo,

Something that just popped into my head after you said that the pain in the neck area started while on vacation. My wife switched my pillow that I use during the night. Something as simple as this can effect our necks. Depending on how you sleep, on your back, stomach or sides. I tend to sleep on my right and left side verses my back. The spine needs to be alinged properly, more of a stright line. My neck bothered me until I switched back to my old pillow and the aches have slowly subsided. I take my pillow with me when we go visit our son and the grandkids.

Just throwing this out there for you. You never know how any little change can snowball into something else with us.

    Enjoy the 4th

My Best to You and Everyone Here
