I watched rerun

I watched rerun of Dr. Oz today and was amazed to learn that the majority of women examine their breasts infrequently and incorrectly. A female dr he had on the show said each breast exam should take approx 8 minutes per breast. So, the next time a dr asks if you are examining your breasts tell the truth and ask how it should be done. It may save your life.
